All our units incorporate the Lydney “Lock & Leave” double door system incorporating patented invisible hinges. The door locks in place with an internally mounted rotating bar fitted with four 10mm thick steel plates.

The operating handle is is set into a steel lock box with 3mm reinforced sliding lid. It is locked in position with a 5 lever mortice dead lock. (shown above)

(Prices include VAT at 20%)

A minimum stay of 28 days is all that is required (excluding any promotional offers), with only 7 days notice needed for vacation.

A fully returnable key deposit of £100 is required at the start of your contract.

We are always happy to discuss your requirements with you either in person or by phone and we would always recommend viewing a unit if you need an idea of the space available. We can however offer some guidelines (see next column)

Calculating the space you need:

There is no easy way to calculate how much space you need without actually packing everything up, but experience has shown us that as a guide:

8×5 is about the size of a transit van and would hold the contents of a small office, A handyman or builders tools and equipment or the contents of a small bedroom.

12×8 is slightly larger than a Luton van and would hold the contents of 2 large bedrooms, a small flat or a 3 to 4 staff office.

20×8 is about the size of a 7.5 tonne van and would potentially hold the contents of a 2-3 bedroom house or a biggish office or stock room.
